INAUGURAL 2019 - ORDER OF THE DAY 4th Feb 2019

Dear Josephians

Attached is the plan for the 4th Feb Inaugural Celebration for 2019. This year's inaugural is special in its way as we commemorate Lasallian Tercentenary.

So please do have a read and be aware of some of the changes made to the plans we had from the previous 2 years.

THERE WILL BE NO NIGHT SEGMENT THIS YEAR...so we could all Lohei and ring in the Lunar New Year with our families in the night...

Brief overview:

Teachers Report

Students to report directly to the track as per normal Monday morning assembly.

ALL Y3 STUDENTS and Y3 FTs will report directly to the ISH.

Bags are to be brought along to the track.

No classrooms will be opened.

Y3 FTs to report to allocated seating area within ISH to receive Y3 students for attendance taking.

From 7.45am

Movement by level to ISH

Check ANNEX A for order of movement.

Inaugural Commences

FTs are to be seated with our classes. Seek the assistance of FTs to ensure discipline is maintained.

End of Inaugural Celebration

Students will be dismissed from the ISH (BY LEVELS)

A few additional pointers:

1) Read the movement chart found in the attached document. We will adhere to it so that movement into the ISH will be prompt and we could start on time. So please be familiar with it.

2)  All FTs to sit with your individual classes during the ISH celebration.

3) All classrooms will be locked and will not be opened for the entire day. We will also not be allowing the Y5 /Y6 students to go up to Level 5 and Level 6 in the morning. Lifts to Level 5 and 6 will not be switched on that morning. They could gather at the track area or canteen prior to morning assembly.

4) Do remind our boys and girls to bring a small bag (or perhaps even NO BAG) for the day. They will bring their bags to the ISH. BAGS ARE TO BE KEPT BELOW THEIR INDIVIDUAL CHAIRS IN THE ISH.

I thank you in advance for your support and i pray we would all have a great Inaugural 2019.

Gong Xi Fa Cai in advance!
